As Inside Sales Representative you work in the cozy office of Quicargo in Amsterdam. You report to one of the Team Leaders or to the Manager. This office garden contains more than 16 of your immediate colleagues, all of whom are full of energy, enthusiasm, drive and motivation! Of course, we do not just throw you into the deep end. You get training and guidance by your colleagues and management team. You generate new leads for the Customer Success Managers, and activate existing customers. Helping multiple trucking companies and shippers running their business efficiently, reducing costs and CO2 emission.
A few of the tasks you’d either own or contribute towards:
Locate new customers and develop your own sales funnel and connect them to the Quicargo platform.
Understand evolving customer needs and requirements
Develop accounts and work closely with the sales and operations teams to help define the best possible sales tactics
Prospect new customer accounts and understand their logistics needs, price requirements and what benefits Quicargo can offer them
Pipeline management, forecasting and Account Planning in CRM
Manage Quicargo’s leads database
