As Inside Sales Manager you work in the comfy office of Quicargo in Amsterdam. This office garden contains more than 16 of your immediate colleagues, all of whom are full of energy, enthusiasm, drive and motivation! You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and the operations team and your primary responsibility will be to lead, coach and train the inside Sales team. You act as a consultant in your own area. What suits your team and customer best, so thanks to your advice, your team and customers business are thriving.
A few of the tasks you’d either own or contribute towards:
Maintaining positive on-going business relationships with current clients
Coach, train and develop the Inside sale team to be the best in class
Develop accounts and work closely with the sales and operations teams to help define the best possible sales strategies
Prospect new customer accounts and understand their logistics needs, price requirements and what benefits Quicargo can offer them
Pipeline management, forecasting and Account Planning in Hubspot
Provide a monthly forecast; ensure deal and customer data is up to date as well as ensuring all accounts are set up correctly
Manage Quicargo’s leads database
Build out the team with Inside sale representatives.

Do your skills and background fit our requirements?
We are looking for commercial and ambitious native Dutch speaking professional with a minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience.
You have at least 2 years experience of building, training and managing a team.
You like to go the extra mile in telesales and you have a big passion for the service needs of our customers and transportation partners.
You’ve built and established scalable sales processes in your previous roles
You are familiar with the lean startup environment and an agile work methodology.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing/ International Business degree, or related discipline.
In addition you have experience in the use of CRM software and you bring in analytical and critical thinking.
